Did you buy it to use in gluten free baking? It will appear in many, many recipes... if that's what you're looking for. Bob's Red Mill is a good source of recipes, as are many blogs and cookbooks. Find the Food Blog Search engine, search for xanthan gum, and you'll probably find more uses than you can possibly make.
