The wind is blowing today and I just found a whole bunch of unripe guavas blown down which makes me sad - so I have a double pickle 1) will they ripen next to a friendly banana and 2) any idea what to do with green guavas?

Phew! Thanks! Our guava tree is small still so the few we get are precious! (running to the store for bananas!!)

Forgot to add that yes, they will ripen in the bag. : )

I'd put them in a brown paper bag with either a banana or an apple until ripe. That's so sad!!
