This is a dish that I often serve while entertaining.
I have served this with rice, either steamed Jasmine or Coconut Cilantro Rice. If you want a complete Asian themed meal you could serve Gingertini's,& Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls as appetizers. Some simple braised Asian greens or salad with Soy based dressing might be nice. A raw Kale salad with a sesame dressing and avocado is good too.
For Dessert: Some dessert with ginger or ginger ice cream would be tasty.
