I have a question about the recipe "Summer Veggie and Green Chile Casserole" from vivisue. I used to do an almost identical casserole and then freeze it....Have you tried that?

No, I haven't tried freezing it. I guess my biggest concern would be the tomatoes. But it just might work! I'll have to give it a try. Let me know if you try it and how it works out for you.
