I have a question about the recipe "Grandma DiLaura's Italian Ricotta Gnocchi" from cdilaura.
There sounds much lower in carbs than traditional gnocchi- anyway to figure out the carb count?

I found a nutrition analysis website on line; you put in the ingredients and number of servings and it gives you the nutritional information. Here you go:
Serving Size 198 g
Amount Per Serving
Calories from Fat
% Daily Value*
Vitamin A 13% • Vitamin C 0%
Calcium 27% • Iron 18%
Thank you! I guess it sounds lower but not really.
You can count the ingredients on one hand.
