HELP! Trying to add picture

This is the error message I am getting: 413 Request Entity Too Large.
I haven't changed any settings on my camera and have always been able to add a picture. Is there something new? Is this a temporary glitch?

I have tried about a dozen times changing the size all different sizes, even re-shot a picture on a smaller setting and it still will not allow me to post a picture, Peter can you help me?

I got that message as well; I just resized the photo down to about 1024x768 and it uploaded fine.
