I have a question about the recipe "Fish Baked in Foil with Fennel and Lime" from merrill.
Can this be done with fish filets? I'm not the biggest fan of the bones in whole fish.

In reading the recipe, it seems it could be done with fillets and you would have to be careful to not marinate for too long and really watch the cooking time because it would bake much faster. It would change the flavor without the skin, and can be done.
So good, we're even fooling ourselves.
