Easy, quick, flavorful turkey breast recipe?

Friends and I are having a "Friendsgiving" this coming weekend-- an opportunity for us to test recipes before the real deal with our families! Everyone wants to focus their energy on side dishes, including me, so I am looking for an easy, quick turkey breast recipe to use, rather than cooking a whole bird! Grill? Roast? What will be flavorful and fast?

Not exactly what you're looking for, but why not make a couple of chickens on the grill instead? You could either do beer-can chicken or butterflied/spatchcocked chicken. It'll free up oven space, and be delicious. Since there will likely be a ton of sides, you could probably get away with 2 chicken for up to 12 people.
