You might try Broadway Pan Handler. Or possibly Sur La Table. I know of three places on the West Coast but that doesn't help you. For what it's worth cazuela's are really cheap so that does help offset shipping costs. Good sources on line are La Espanola, Tienda and Spanish Table.
