Making Veggie Balls from The Meatball Shop ( NYC) - with lentils - I would like to freeze them - do I do that before roasting or after?

best to freeze after roasting, once you add the eggs it's best to see the recipe through otherwise they tend not to hold together as well. If you want to freeze the mixture before cooking then wait to add the eggs till after you thaw the mix.
