Cook bacon to just crispy, then fry two eggs. As soon as the white is firmed up, use a fork to break each yolk. Place sharp cheddar cheese on top of one egg, then bacon. Place the other egg yolk-side-down on top of that egg (like an egg sandwich!) then smush between a buttered, lightly toasted bagel.
