Working from home? Use your lunch break to cook up Ina Garten's penne alla vodka! Sauté onion and garlic in a Dutch oven, then add oregano and red pepper flakes. Deglaze pan with one cup vodka and reduce by half. Add in 2 cans good whole tomatoes, crushed by hand into the pot, cover with lid, and place into 375 degree oven for 1.5 hours. Remove, blend with an immersion blender, add in one cup cream and healthy portion of parmesan. Toss with cooked pasta and serve!
