Sorta ribolitta! Satueed onions, garlic, celery, carrots in olive oil. Added chopped kale, some chopped whole canned tomatoes with some of their purée, red pepper flakes, and S & P. A few minutes later added a can of puréed white beans (blitzed in the food processor) and some chicken stock and anther can of whole white beans. Simmered for a bit. Added some chop basil towards the end of simmering. Topped with grated Parmesan. Served with super buttery and garlicky toast.
