It's real good! Just picture white rum with all the sharp edges taken off and butter on the aftertaste.

It's 750 ml of white rum that I mixed with a melted stick of butter and let rest for 24 hours at room temp. Then froze the mixture for a few hours and strained out the frozen solids. You can do this with any fat and any spirit! Some people do it with bacon and bourbon.
