Buttery French Almond Cake: Heat your oven to 325 F. Butter 9-inch springform pan. Line with parchment and dust with flour. Mix 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt. Pulse 6 oz almond paste and 1 1/2 cups sugar in a food processor then transfer mixture to a bowl. Add 6 oz melted butter; mix until smooth. Whisk in 6 eggs, one at a time, then stir in 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp almond extract, and 1 tsp dark rum. Add the flour mixture and stir until blended. Pour the batter into the pan and bake until a cake tester comes out nearly clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Let cool in pan. #cakes #dessert

I think Deanna wanted to know if there was a way to *save* the recipe! I would love to know too!

My supper club loved this so much that we grabbed a screen shot to save the recipe. Is there a way to save it other ways?

Yes -- you could serve it with any kind of sauce. I think a rhubarb sauce would be great. Or a tangy lemon curd. Or Crete fraiche whipped cream! Nothing too sweet as the cake is quite sweet as it is.
