My new favorite savory oats. Bring 1/2 cup almond or soy milk and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add half cup oats, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and simmer till oats are almost to your liking. Mix in a cup of baby spinach and allow to wilt. Stir in turmeric, salt, and pepper to taste, along with a heaping spoonful of nutritional yeast.
