Green chili. First browned ground pork, removed from pan. Added onion, orange bell pepper, jalapeño and Serrano chiles. Cumin and coriander (both ground and seed). Next the chopped tomatillos with a little canned chopped tomato and chicken broth. Whizzed fresh cilantro in the blender with enough chicken broth so it would purée, added that too. One chipotle chile in adobo, oregano. Simmered for a while.
