Pork stir fry. Cut up a pork tenderloin, salted heavily, and cooked through in the wok. Removed. Then in the pork fatty wok, sautéed cremini mushrooms, leeks, garlic, ginger, baby bok choy, and splashed in some soy sauce and sesame oil. Added the cooked pork back in to warm through. Served over short grain brown rice and drenched in sriracha, more soy sauce, and more sesame oil.
