Sunday Biscuits! Mix dry ingredients: flour, banking soda, baking powder, salt. Chop-in frozen butter. Gently fold in enough buttermilk to barely hold together into a dough.
With hands (not a rolling pin!), knead dough into .5" circle. Fold in half. Repeat knead 3 to 6 times depending on how flaky you want your biscuits.
Bake at 450 for ten minutes or until golden.
