Arugula pesto chicken and "pasta". Boil banza chickpea pasta. Blend arugula, garlic, salt, parmesan, and olive oil in food processor. Coat chunks of chicken with pesto and sauté in skillet. Add mushrooms and then pasta and give it all a good stir. More salt and pepper of necessary, and some parmesan on top!
