Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl. Bowl pasta in water, add frozen peas during last minute of cooking. Save half a cup of pasta water. Throw half cup pasta water, pasta, and peas into bowl of paste and toss with a bunch of chopped herbs. Maybe stir in some mascarpone because you deserve it.
