My favorite #breakfast right now: overnight oats: place oats and milk in a bowl (1:1.5 ratio oats to milk), add 1 to 2 tablespoons chia seeds (per cup of oats) and 1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter (or other nut butter). Stir to combine. Cover bowl, place in fridge overnight. The following morning, give it a stir and season to taste with maple syrup.
