This is the phyllo I use to make my Gibanica. In a mixer beat eggs until fluffy. Slowly add crumbled feta and melted butter. Add mineral water until well incorporated. Lay down one sheet of phyllo in your baking dish and pour egg mixture over. Continue to layer phyllo and egg mixture until done. Any leftover mixture just pour on top and make sure all areas are covered. Bake @325 degrees for about 1-1:15 hours. Let cool slightly before cutting. Prijatno!
