Dirty chai tiramisu in the making. Whip egg yolks with fine sugar, then mix in mascarpone and concentrated chai. Fold in egg whites whipped to stiff peaks. Dip lady fingers in strong coffee spiked with more chai; layer the cookies in a springform pan, top with a thick layer of eggy creamy mess, and repeat until pan is full and bowls are empty.
