Cherry tomatoes slow roasted in olive oil, dried Sicilian Oregano, and a few coves of garlic at 350 for about 30 min til the tomatoes popped and wilted. Added in pre-cooked faro and thinly sliced Tuscan kale. Allowed the kale to wilt, like 5 more minutes.Finished with a dusting of pecorino.
