Hoping this is the last weekend for hot chocolate, but figured we might as well embrace the cold weather ... If we have to. :) I think hot chocolate is as much about texture as it is about flavor. This is shaved chocolate, milk, and almond milk, whisked as it's heated, then topped with heavy cream, whipped soft so it almost lays down on the hot chocolate. This way it's creamy and frothy.
