One of my favorite flatbread recipes ever - there is nothing you can't top this bad boy with!
(Here is red onion + parsley on top and olives on the bottom)
1C warm water (around 110F), 1 T yeast, 1 t sugar, 1 t salt, 2.5 C AP flour.
Mix the water, yeast, sugar and half the flour together. Add remaining half of flour and the salt to make a smooth dough. Set on floured surface for 1.5 hrs.
Grease a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 450. Pat out the dough, put delicious things + olive oil + salt on it. Let dough rest for 45ish min more, than bake for 15ish min.
