I call this one "dinner for one" aka chicken w/capers

Adapted from a Martha Stewart Recipe

Season chicken breasts with salt & pepper. Toss with flour. Cook in olive oil in a large skillet.

Add white wine vinegar, capers, and butter to pan.

In a separate pot, cook rice! Season with salt, pepper, butter, and garlic.

Voila.
