Mark Bittman's whole wheat molasses loaf. Combine ww flour, cornmeal, salt and baking soda. Whisk molasses into buttermilk, yogurt, or vinegar-soured milk (which is what I used here). Mix wets and drys. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 325F for around an hour. Great way to use up some lesser-used ingredients that tend to get pushed to the back of my cupboards/fridge.
