Tofu's been on Contributors Editor Sarah Jampel's mind lately, so she made Yotam Ottolenghi's #genius black pepper version. She reduced the amount of butter (Kristen says it's ok!), used habaneros and serranos in place of fresh red chiles, and spring (!!!) onions instead of scallions. Served with cold lo mein noodles and roasted broccoli—because something has to cut that heat. ?
