Easy weeknight pasta:
Cut Brussels sprouts in half, toss in olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper & roast until crispy. Boil gluten free pasta according to package directions. Sauté sliced chicken sausage until cooked. Mix everything together with a little olive oil and pasta water. Add goat cheese, red pepper flakes, and top with flaky salt.
