Guava hand pies! Thaw puff pastry, roll out and cut into 4" rectangles. Add slivers of guava paste and cover with another rectangle of puff pastry and use a fork to seal around the edges. Place in freezer for 10 minutes to firm up the pastry, then brush with egg wash and sprinkle with turbinado sugar. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
