Managing Editor Kenzi Wilbur is campaigning to make potato salad a winter food. Boil a heap of potatoes and drizzle them with apple cider vinegar while they're still warm. Then dress them in a sharp vinaigrette (3:1 oil to vinegar) with hella mustard, and toss in a chopped hard boiled egg or two and a flurry of chopped herbs. Is it summer yet?
