Put about 6 ounces of cooked salmon and a can of tuna into a bowl.

Add a big dollop of mayonnaise, capers, pickled ginger, and mustard. Mash it up.

Plop the salmon-tuna salad on top of greens and top with pickled carrots, black sesame seeds, and toasted cashews.
