Blister some halved, smallish tomatoes in a pan with olive oil. Season them well then tuck them on a plate with cooked quinoa and sliced avocado. Add some toasted almonds, herbs, and greens. Make a dressing of Harissa thinned with orange juice and olive oil, then dress everything. Put an egg on top, and call it lunch.
