Bowls of yum. Light but 'superfood packed no added sugar' breakfast that works really well for me. 2tbs of each: chia seeds, oatmeal, ground flax seed and 1tbs of roasted unsalted pumpkin seeds, roasted sliced almonds and topped with the 1/2 fruit you want: Apple, pear or a banana. I'm using unsweetened almond milk these days and it's good. Takes 3-4 times to get used to the no added sugar. This combo keeps a beginner yogi cranking all morning.
