"Crab cake" pizza! I start with one batch of no knead pizza crust dough, fermented overnight. Then, I whipped up a quick horseradish tartar sauce (in food processor), then layered that on the bottom followed by crab, Old Bay, Panko, and red bell pepper. Some fresh lemon on top along with dill and capers once the pizza was finished in a 550 degree oven. #notcontest
