Super easy kale spinach pesto with wholewheat pasta, peas and sautéed courgettes.
3/4 cup walnuts
Handful of cashews
2 cups kale
1 cup spinach
3/4 cup basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
I've been using the leftover pesto on toast and in salads- works like a charm!
