Tamales with jackfruit pate. These are a cinch to make compared to prepping the 18 lb fruit that needed to be 'shelled' 1.5 cups of cornmeal, 1/2 a cup of rice flour and 2 cups of scalding hot skim milk for the dough, just steam for 15 minutes on corn husks ( only because I had no turmeric leaves!)
