Lamb back strap, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, cayenne to taste. Seared each side 2-3 minutes each. Flower sprouts (cross between Brussel sprouts and kale) stemmed and quick fried in coconut oil and sea salt, mushrooms diced and fried with olive oil, sea salt black pepper and some leftover quinoa mixed in. Finished with a squeeze of lemon and drizzle of olive oil!
