Cremini mushroom, kale and carrot dumplings!
Sauté mushrooms with garlic over high heat, cook for about 8 mins. Add chopped kale and shredded carrots, turn heat to med and cook for 4 mins. Remove mixture from heat and add soy sauce, green onion, sesame oil and sirachi. Use store bought dumpling wrappers and add 2tsp of mixture to each wrapper. Add water to edge of dumpling wrapper and pinch together. Steam or pan fry and enjoy!
