Chocolate #hummus with apple slices. Toss a can of chickpeas (drained), a scoop of nut butter, a few heaping spoonfuls of cocoa powder, a couple tablespoons of melted coconut oil, a teaspoon of vanilla, and a generous pour of maple syrup (to taste - at least 1/2 cup) in a food processor. Purée until smoothish. Add a little water to thin. Devour with fruit, pretzels, animal crackers, on toast, with spoon.
