Five minute morning oats with grilled bananas, blueberries, dark chocolate and peanut butter ✨ alongside my morning honey and lemon.
My favourite morning, healthy breakfast. I like to have all my fruits and sweets at the beginning of the day so all that sugar and energy goes to good use alongside putting a smile on my face - first thing in the morning.
RECIPE: assemble as follows
- 1 serving of instant oats (wholemeal)
- 1 banana
- handful of blueberries
- spoonful of peanut butter
- 1 piece of shaved 90% dark chocolate
& I use nuts just as a garnish
