Start with good quality fresh ravioli (store bought) I like to use kinds with fun stuff in them like butternut squash or ricotta and kale. Make a butter sauce with garlic, salt, pepper, and sage. Cook down cherry tomatoes in the butter sauce and add the cooked ravioli to the pan. Get the ravioli coated with the sauce, make sure the pan is sizzling and the ravioli get a little browned. Serve with Parmesan and more ricotta or any other cheese you have laying around. Eat quickly and don't share :) #notcontest #20mindinner
