I think this is perfect! I never cook from recipes so this is just the info I'm always looking for. Thanks for the tip too about not worrying if the first few come undone in the pan! That sounds like something I would freak out about and good to know to just soldier on!!

Sure. I'm new to this app. First time posting. Hope I wasn't supposed to do it all in the negative. I just cook without recipes. The only suggestions about those is make the filling really savory/spiced then it comes out tasty. If it's too salty, it's perfect as a final product. If u add too much buttermilk, add parm cheese to absorb. But most importantly, close the biscuits highly two or three times before frying. I used veggie oil btw. Every time, my first few always come undone in the pan, so don't worry if it's does.

Pillsbury biscuits (blue rolls) is the dough. Filling is about a pound of ground pork, an egg, chopped green onions and cilantro and as much buttermilk as the mass will take in. It's probably a cup. Fill in a teaspoon and fry them puppies up. My family loves them. I also change the greens in the filling bc not everyone likes cilantro.
