Ddukbokki aka spicy rice cakes.
Fried up some onion, tofu and broccolini (not traditional in ddukbokki) while I boiled the rice cakes in another pot.
Added the rice cakes to the pan and then poured in a mix of hot pepper paste (found in Korean stores), grated ginger and honey.
Stir that around a bit and then bam! Spicy rice cakes, slightly remixed. ?
