1. Cook ground turkey on low heat until browned.
2.Drain the turkey then add tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes.
3. Add seasoning and mix well
4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
5.Cut zucchinis in half and scoop out the insides (throw the insides away or sauté them)
6. Fill each zucchini boat with the turkey and put into the oven for 10 minutes.
7. Add cheese or any toppings to the boats then place back into the oven for 2 minutes.
8. Let them cool for a few minutes before eating.
