Did my own version of Food 52's Chicken Meatball Sub (see link below), or what is now a Turkey Meatball Sub. I used ground turkey breast because I didn't see ground chicken at my local grocery shop (I didn't look too hard). I also sub'd the baguette for focaccia, added pesto as a complimentary spread, and doubled the amount of garlic (don't worry, this cook doesn't have anyone to kiss). If you couldn't tell, I was extremely generous with the sauce as well.
