Gluten free low sugar hamentashen. 1 cup of cashews ground to flour in processor add cup of ground almonds 1 egg 2T date syrup 1/2 t bicarbonate of soda pinch of salt blitz adding coconut flour by tablespoon until pliable dough is formed. Roll out between baking paper. Cut out circles add tsp jam to centre fold up into a triangle. Bake @ 180 for 10-12 mins.
