BUTTERNUT BURGERS: in a food processor mix together 400 grams oven roasted butternut pumpkin, 20 grams grated parmesan (1 dl), 115 grams chickpeas (half a can), 80 grams almond flour (2 dl), S&P. Place in freezer 15-30 minutes. Make 9 burgers and place in oven at 225c/440f for 15 minutes, take out and carefully flip the burgers and then back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

BLACK BEAN DRESSING: with a hand blender mix together one can of black beans with 2 tbsp date syrup, 1-2 tbsp harissa, 2 tbsp tehina and about 1 dl water (go little at the time, until desired consistency)
